Hello everyone,
Below is the link for the performer evaluation for Summer Reading performers. If you are scheduled to be in a program, please fill this out as soon as you leave the program. Stats need to be filled out for every child, teen, and adult who attends the program. This means you should mark a hash mark separately for every child, teen, and adult.
