HEALTH ASSESSMENT!!!!!

Hi guys. This is your FINAL reminder that tomorrow, November 14^th, is the deadline to complete your health assessment online.

Please note that in 2015, employees who complete the health assessment and earn at least 500 incentive points by March 31, 2015, will receive DOUBLE the discount. This means employees will save $600, compared to the $300 discount available in previous years.

To take your Health Assessment log on to MyCigna.com. If you have trouble resetting your user password through the online tool, please call 1-800-284-8346. For registration validation concerns please call CIGNA Customer Service at 1-800-853-2713.
